We use a five-roll calender system, which is a special design. Compared with the ordinary four-roller type, the five-roller type not only improves the production efficiency, but also makes the color film and the wear-resistant layer more closely combined with the sheet, increasing its peel strength.
The front three rollers are heated by oil, so the color filter and wear layer can be glued to the board by hot pressing without glue.
The latter two rolls are water cooled, so the embossing design and embossing depth do not change when the temperature changes.
The third roll is the lamination roll, our roll has a larger design with a diameter of 600mm. Compared to other regular 400mm rolls, our large size composite rolls can increase the bonding area between the color filter and wear layer and the sheet, allowing them to stick more tightly together and increase their peel strength .
The fourth roller is a rubber roller, which can increase the strength and depth of the embossing compared to ordinary steel rollers, making the floor more realistic.
