Process of Multi-layer SPC Flooring Making Machine involves several stages of mixing, extrusion, embossing, cooling, cutting, lamination, and packaging to produce high-quality multi-layer SPC flooring.

1. Mixing and preparing the raw materials: The main ingredients for SPC flooring are PVC resin, calcium carbonate, plasticizers, stabilizers, and pigments. These materials are mixed in a high-speed mixer to form a homogenous compound.

2. Extrusion: The prepared compound is then fed into an Extruder Machine, which melts and homogenizes the mixture further. The melted mixture is then passed through a die to form a continuous sheet of SPC flooring.

3. Embossing: The sheet is then passed through an embossing machine, which creates a texture or pattern on the surface of the flooring. This step is optional and depends on the design of the flooring.

4. Cooling and cutting: The embossed sheet is then cooled down and cut into the desired length and width of the flooring planks.

5. Lamination: The SPC flooring planks are then laminated with a backing layer of cork or foam to improve sound insulation and comfort underfoot.

6. Packaging: The finished SPC flooring planks are then packaged and shipped to distributors or retailers.
